Barkosem provides a cross-border B2B ecommerce platform connecting verified suppliers from China with buyers in West Africa. Our Services include product browsing, supplier verification, AI-powered translation, order management, payment processing, and shipment tracking.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Supplier Verification
Barkosem verifies suppliers through business license validation, facility inspections, and quality assessments. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of any supplier information.
5. Payments and Fees
All payments are processed through our secure escrow system. Funds are released to suppliers only after buyers confirm product quality and receipt. Barkosem charges service fees as displayed at checkout.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Use the platform for illegal goods or services
- Provide false or misleading information
- Circumvent Barkosem's payment or communication systems
- Engage in fraudulent transactions
7. Limitation of Liability
Barkosem acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for disputes between buyers and suppliers, product quality issues, shipping delays, or customs complications.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Burkina Faso. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ouagadougou.
